William David Naylor Jr. is the founder of Heart Space Health Inc., the parent company of Within Center and AWKN Ranch in South Austin, Texas.
With more than 15 years in the recovery and treatment industry — including ownership and operation of treatment centers across the full continuum of care — William founded Within Center as Texas’s first ceremonial ketamine-assisted therapy and integration practice. Over the past four and a half years, Within has held more than 2,000 sessions, built on the conviction that ceremonial medicine alone is insufficient without sustained, skilled integration.
His work is rooted in deep reverence for Peruvian and Amazonian lineages, particularly the Huni Kuin traditions, and guided by the mission that gives AWKN its name: Ancient Wisdom Knowing Now.
William is also the visionary behind AWKN Ranch, a 12-acre sanctuary ten minutes from downtown Austin that has grown from a wellness property into a full ecosystem — clinical retreats, practitioner trainings, ceremony and event spaces, lodging, membership, and a forthcoming residential community. The property includes a 52-foot, 200-seat Maloka Dome, temple space, saltwater pool, saunas, and cold plunges.
