Featuring Tracey Tee, Alli Schaper, Suzanne Khan, Paul F. Austin, Peggy Van de Plassche, Jeremy Abramson.
Microdosing, the practice of taking very small or “sub-perceptual” doses of psychedelics and other psychoactive substances, has become increasingly popular as a means of enhancing creativity, focus, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. In this panel, we will explore the history and current research behind microdosing, as well as personal experiences from microdosers themselves.
While most media coverage of microdosing has centered around classic psychedelics like LSD and psilocybin, we will take a broader view. We’ll discuss the potential benefits and risks of microdosing not just psychedelics, but also other substances like ketamine, cannabis, and functional plants like lion’s mane mushrooms.
