We produce vast quantities of all of our hormones until roughly age 25. After that, sadly, production started to decline. We generally feel fine until our mid-30s, and then we start to slowly notice that things are not the same as they used to be.
In this talk, I will give an overview of women’s hormones and their functions, and then discuss options for hormone replacement and optimization so we can look good, feel good, and perform at our best as we progress through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
